TakeAir is dedicated to scientific research and innovation
Founded in 2016, TakeAir started with the research of beneficial organisms in ventilation ducts.
We moved from lab tests to client cases. The first service was launched in commercial real estate to obtain empirical data. This resulted in the development of biospheric air treatment which supports the customer's organisational ESGs.
Further R&D in 2019 found a highly successful way of capturing and killing airborne viral pathogens in ventilation ducts.
Some of the most recent successes are the start-up of our service in cooperation with:
- CBRE Investment Management
- Management in Vattenfall (Amsterdam)
- Vinçotte
- Universities (University of Genoa, UGent, KU Leuven, UAntwerp)
- Conferences (Healthy Buildings America 2021)
